Strength/Power Training
Presentation will cover methods to develop strength, power, and explosiveness using a variety of techniques.  These techniques include, Multi-Jumps (Plyos), Multi-Throws (Medicine Ball), and Resistance Training using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight movements.  You will be presented with many options to improve your athlete's performance regardless if you have a weight room or not.
